I have to say despite all that been going on I am finally having more free time and a lot more hype specially for the big birthday coming up .  Alright let’s get down to it because this is going to truly be my time to shine as summer draws near my strength comes back 10 times greater. Winter is over thank god cause the cold makes my body sleep ha ha so yes hibernation for me is over its time to get hyper and out of control.

So for the next few months there will be a lot of changes that I can’t wait to make happen. New training and a whole new schedule to work around and preparing to go back to school in the fall. Yes what more can you ask for when it comes to hard-working man also going to school to further my education . Ladies I know you need a real man who always has a plan and it just so happens I am just the guy with the perfect style.

Day at the doctor

I HATE NEEDLES!!! (Hahaha Just Kidding)

So today was the day to finally get my yearly physical from the Doc.

To put a long story short im freaking still in good health just minor allergy problems that this island brother is in need to take care of.

But anyways fun part about being there i got to see my buddy almost faint when seeing them drawing blood from me lol while I stood there laughing. Really don’t get why peeps afraid of needles haha it ain’t bad.

 Now WHAT WENT WRONG!!!??

The nurse who usually takes care of me was off today and this new lady did everything and I swear she screwed me over big time lol. Lets just say I thought going to the Doc is supposed to fix problems not make them.

In a good bit of pain right now but nothing i can’t handle as always.

Nonetheless im still freaking strong and energized as ever despite the loss blood . And also I have great amazing news to tell soon, so remember to keep updated on whats new.

I have big fitness plans around the horizon, but lot of you supporters are helping me big time.

So I realized something and definitely want to get back into bodybuilding 100% not just for the sake of looking and feeling great but to take my career in life to new heights. Thoughts on the human body and being me!!

Physique -

I am a straight male who just loves to live life to the fullest. Nothing stands in my way to be happy and live an open-minded life with no limitations. I’m just trying to do what i can to grow and be successful as a strong individual who always keeps his promises. I aim to gain the strength not just the muscles to be as healthy as i can be so that i can live long enough to see even my great grand kids do what i did but 10 times better LOL.  The male and female body is in my opinion should be showed and valued as art. Everything we do to our body consist of staying healthy and looking amazing . I wish to continue and prosper in my goals to achieve a higher level of learning and experience the hard work it takes to sculpt and mold my body any which way i want it. Look out folks when i lean down once again and show you what this black superior king got ha ha it gonna be like dayuummnnnn! LOL. Becoming strong and looking like a muscle alpha freak is where its gotta be!

Goals and Haters -

As you read this ask your self how you can help me not how you can bring me down, because ha ha ha its gonna be a tough battle to try to hate on me. Hater’s always will come and go but only a real man can stand his ground, look em in the eye, and basically just walk off unconcerned, continuing to do what it takes to build a better me.  Your help is always well appreciated: whether it be financial, friendly comments or through chat. The support of my fans is valuable to me. I’ve yet to find any haters in my life, but there are bound to be those who will grow increasingly jealous as I grow, but you can be damn sure when it comes to fight, it sure as hell won’t be this guy who is going down.

Women and Sex -

My thoughts on women are just that thoughts aren’t as important as actions, and I must admit I get a lot of that!!  I have learned that really and truly women can be drama and cause of  a lot problems. So love ‘em and leave ‘em is a good policy until I find one that isn’t as crazy as most. I’ve heard even me say “man suck it up” whenever anyone brings you down, “don’t ever let someone try take advantage of you, for one second, especially women!! The MAN should be in the driver’s seat for a woman to respect him. I learned long ago if I give a women my card to buy something to eat, she comes back with bags full of clothes and shoes after hitting Victoria secrete ha ha ha. Now she will be handing me HER CARD.  That’s why i always stick to the motto:  bro’s before them dirty ho’s.  Anyways no matter what, I’ll always love-making love to women. pussy is why God made women.

All I need to say in conclusion  is thanks to everyone for all the support  they have already given or will give in the future.  I appreciate you having my back, and enjoy giving your purpose and inspiration.  You not going to find my match much less my superior as a man, and just watch as my muscles grow to match the rest of me. I hope while watching me to achieve my goals, I inspire you to set goals for yourselves and motivate you to accomplish them.. I don’t care who watches my progress and my goals to be the best, because in the end I don’t give to rat’s ass what people think! It’s what I see in the mirror that matters!
